If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and free of odour, marks or alterations
- Original tags are still attached
- The item is returned in its original packaging, with the VORÉ neck label intact
- The request is accompanied by your order number
Return shipping cost
For an approved return or exchange, a flat return shipping fee of ₹100 applies and is deducted from your refund, or collected before an exchange ships. This fee does not apply if VORÉ shipped you a defective or incorrect product, in which case we bear the full return shipping cost.
Inspection
Every returned item is inspected against the eligibility criteria above once it reaches us. Refunds and exchanges are processed only after the item passes inspection. If an item does not meet the criteria, we will contact you and send it back rather than process the return.
Size exchanges
One free size exchange within India per item, subject to stock and the ₹100 return shipping fee above. Because runs are limited, we recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Non-returnable
Acid-wash pieces vary slightly by design, tonal variation is a feature of the wash, not a defect, and is not grounds for return. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
