Dispatch timelines
Every order is quality-checked by hand before it leaves us, since each piece is part of a limited run. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next working day.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities (India): 2 to 4 working days after dispatch
- Rest of India: 4 to 7 working days after dispatch
- International: 7 to 14 working days after dispatch, where available
These are estimates, not guarantees. Timelines can shift during high-demand drops, extreme weather or courier disruptions.
Shipping charges
Shipping within India is free on all orders. International duties, customs charges and taxes, where applicable, are borne by the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated within 48 hours, or your order has not arrived within the windows above, reach out through Contact Support with your order number.
Lost shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will send a free replacement where stock allows, or issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please report a suspected lost shipment through Contact Support within 15 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a claim with the courier.
Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, do not discard the packaging. Photograph the parcel and the item, and report it through Contact Support within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will send a replacement where stock allows, or issue a full refund, at no extra shipping cost to you.
Delays outside our control
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities or events beyond our reasonable control, but we will always help you track a parcel down and escalate with the courier on your behalf.
