Overview
These terms govern your use of this store and any order placed with VORÉ Clothing, an independent clothing label. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges and Refund Policy.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. An order is confirmed only once payment is authorised and you receive a confirmation. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer and to cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Payments
Payment is captured securely by our gateway partners at checkout. We do not store your card, UPI or net banking details. An order will not be dispatched until payment is successfully authorised.
Pricing
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We make every effort to display prices accurately, but if a pricing error is discovered on an unshipped order, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.
Product availability
All pieces are produced in limited runs and are not guaranteed to be restocked. Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the physical garment, and acid-wash finishes are unique to each unit by design. Listing a product does not guarantee availability at the time of purchase.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation of an order any time before it has been dispatched by opening Contact Support with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and instead falls under our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, photography, and the VORÉ and VORÉ Clothing names and marks, are owned by VORÉ Clothing and may not be reproduced, copied or used without prior written permission.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this store or any product purchased through it, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Disputes & governing law
We encourage you to raise any concern with us first through Contact Support so we can resolve it directly. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute that cannot be resolved directly is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered location.
